Securely pack the unused products in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all seals are intact and the Return Authorization form is included inside.
Ship to Academy
Send your package to our returns department using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the products meet our hygiene and resale standards, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
